It seems SPLC-certified hate group Mass Resistance went to the First Event conference—an annual trans, mostly crossdressing, convention held north of Boston every year—and videorecorded trans people doing such horrible things as: going into a bathroom! Playing in a rock band! Getting on an elevator! (I kid you not.)
The kicker: the two times I went to First Event, the organizers asked me to indicate on my name card whether or not I wanted to be photographed. Because they respected people’s privacy.
